I am married to a wonderful man named Cory. My husband works for an engineering company selling licenses. We are blessed with 2 beautiful children, who continuely amaze me with their humor, love and energy. In 2018 I started working for Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor. 10 years at VALIC, it was time for a change. : ) I love being a financial advisor working with families and small businsses helping them achieve their financial goals and dreams. At Merrill, I can offer so many more tools and investment options than my last firm. We are still spending lots of time at my father's lake home on Pelican, yes, that is a 3 1/2 hour drive from the cities. Minnesota lakes are so beautiful and peaceful, how can we not, plus it is a nice meeting spot to see my sister, Denise, who is in Bismarck, ND and my brother, Dave, who is now in Barnesville.
Yes
I retired from Broomball after I had both my hips replaced, but now play hockey and love it!
Travel to Australia and New Zealand, my husband and I would like to hit this goal within the next few years.
Party at our house, freshman year of college, first time drinking, of course, parents were not home. I remember a few moments that I can now laugh at, Chuck and Mike diving into the hot tube. By the way, only reason we got busted for the big party, water half way to my parents bedroom.
At state basketball tournament and taking a walk with a group of people and watching Laura walk into a parking sign and saying "excuse me" to the sign (she says only because she did not have her glasses on), but still made for a good laugh.
Losing in the state basketball championship with 4 seconds left and we were just winningwith 4 seconds left.
Try some things outside my comfort level, like speech or drama. Ask my parents to allow a foreign exchange student to stay with us or allow me to go oversees for a semester.
